Video: New 123m Superyacht JUPITER From Lurssen

Following her launch in October, the 123m/394ft motor yacht JUPITER was filmed undergoing her initial sea trials in the Weser River, a short distance from the Lurssen Shipyard in Bremen, Germany.

With her delivery scheduled for Spring, it was with complete joy that the industry got a glimpse of JUPITER as she cruised in Northwestern Germany this week. Having left her shed for the first time back in October, interest in the motor yacht was certainly high following the first look at the exceptional fairing and welding which makes up her unique exterior.

Styled by the London-based H2 Design, the sleek intersecting lines and unusual curves produce a head-turning aesthetic whilst at the same time hinting towards what the future of superyacht design might look like.

Not the first time that the designers have produced natural and organic sweeps to grace superyachts, the 73m/238ft luxury yacht VICKY features a similar elegance which unites her decks.

In the latest footage, viewers are able to better appreciate her distinctive profile as they watch her cruising effortlessly along the river against a suitably dramatic sunrise.

Whilst there are currently no published images of the interior featured on board superyacht JUPITER, it is confirmed that H2 Yacht Design worked in collaboration with fellow British designers March & White.

Having previously worked on similarly large superyachts as well as a number of residential and commercial properties, there’s reason to suspect she will feature modern spaces which are finished to an exacting standard.

Due to the confidential nature of the build, there are as yet no confirmed details regarding her accommodation or further amenities. As this information becomes available, YachtCharterFleet will be sure to keep readers informed.

Graced with a hugely innovative exterior, superyacht JUPITER is sure to cause a sensation following her delivery later this year
