M/Y ‘Here Comes The Sun’ Delivered From Amels

Superyacht ‘Here Comes The Sun’ Delivered From Amels

The largest Amels superyacht to date, the 83m/272ft motor yacht ‘Here Comes The Sun’ was delivered to her owner earlier this week.

Departing for her maiden voyage on Monday, Here Comes The Sun sent waves across the industry as she showed off her elegant exterior lines designed by the inestimable Tim Heywood.

Totally graceful and flowing, the harmonious profile is certainly distinctive, blending the traditions of the Dutch shipyard with innovative touches. A series of new images also reveal the curved balconies which protrude from both her port and starboard sides.

The massive expanse of exterior space on the foredeck and the similarly large swim platform would also suggest that it’s not just style, but functionality which has motivated the overall design of the motor yacht.

Having undergone sea trials in October, there’s no doubt that the superyacht looks incredible whilst underway, with her interior remaining a well-kept secret.

Designed by the British team at Winch Design, the communal and guest spaces are reported to include an Owner’s deck and guest accommodation on the main deck, rather than the lower deck.

As further information becomes available regarding the yacht, YachtCharterFleet will be sure to keep readers informed.
