Lurssen Launches 95m Superyacht Project FIJI

Causing quite the sensation in Germany last week, Lurssen hosted the technical launch of the 95m/312ft motor yacht ‘Project Fiji’.

Taking place on 27th October, the launch of superyacht Project Fiji saw the 95m motor yacht make her way down the slipway to enter the water for the first time.

Her head-turning and harmonious exterior was penned by Harrison Eidsgaard of the London-based design house Eidsgaard Design, whilst her interior is being handled by the award-winning Laura Sessa.

Described as ‘contemporary modern’, the as-yet-unseen interior is confirmed to include a large beach club, a spa, and sea terrace on the lower deck.

The crowning feature of the exterior is no doubt the 12 metre pool which can be seen stretching out on the main deck aft.

It’s also reported that superyacht Project Fiji will also have a fully-certified helipad on the bow section.

Though currently incomplete, the upper aft deck will feature a walkaround sky terrace with its own fireplace.

Even in her early phases, Lurssen superyacht Project Fiji looks set to take on the world

Set to be a true entertainer, a discreetly integrated crane at the sundeck aft will allow those on board to get out and enjoy tenders with considerable ease.

With a total of 10 cabins, the owner of superyacht Project Fiji will be able to cruise with up to 20 guests in his party.

Scheduled for delivery in 2019, YachtCharterFleet will be sure to keep readers fully up to date with all future developments.

Whilst M/Y Project Fiji is not expected to be available for charter, be sure to take a look at all of the Lurssen superyachts which are open for charter.
